Not every training the law requires is a safety training. These too come to the worker's phone, in their language, and end with a signed certificate.
What to know about training workers
How a worker is trained in LomdaSafe
- Add workers, assign training. The safety officer adds the workers, defines job roles and picks which training each role gets. A forklift operator and a clerk do not need the same course.
- Every worker gets a link. By WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail — in their language. Open it on the phone, type the employee number, begin.
- Complete, sign, certificate. Step by step, videos that must be watched through, a quiz nobody fails — and a signature on the screen. The certificate is waiting in your dashboard.
