Guide
Safety training for foreign workers — in their language
A worker who does not read Hebrew can sit through an hour of training, sign the form — and understand none of it. Training in their language is the difference between a signed form and a worker who knows what to do.
Nine languages
Every training is available in nine languages, and every worker chooses their own:
- Hebrew
- Arabic
- Russian
- Amharic
- Sinhala
- Hindi
- Thai
- Chinese
- English
What comes in the worker's language
- Every step of the training, warnings included
- The questions, the answers and the explanation after every answer
- The work certificate the worker receives
The officer and the managers work in their own language too, and the work certificate records the language the training was taken in.
No paid interpreter, no paid trainer
Instead of booking an interpreter for every group and finding a slot between shifts, every worker gets a link on their phone and takes the training at their own pace. A step they did not understand, they can go back to.
No password, no app
Nothing to install. The worker opens the link in the phone's browser and signs in with their employee number — fine for a worker who is not used to apps.
