Safety training for contractors and outside workers

A contractor's crew arrives in the morning and starts work before anyone has had time to brief them. In LomdaSafe every outside worker is trained and signs on their own phone before they go in — no account, no password, no forms.

  1. The plant's QR code hangs at the gate.
  2. The contractor's work manager scans it, fills in the job — the company, the type of work, the place and the dates — and signs the declaration of responsibility for his workers.
  3. He sends the crew a link on WhatsApp, or signs them up one by one on his own phone.
  4. Every worker, in their own language, reads the plant's training and the site's risks, and signs.
  5. Every worker receives a pass with a QR code, and the guard scans it at the gate.
  • A full record of every job: the contractor, the crew, who signed and when — ready to print.
  • The pass is valid until the last day of the job, and never more than a year.
  • You can stop a job, change its last day or void a signature that looks wrong.
  • An outside worker takes no employee place in the subscription.

A plant that maintenance, construction, cleaning, electrical or haulage contractors come into — and that wants to know everyone on site was trained and signed. Contractor jobs are part of the Full plan.
