Questions and answers
Do workers need to install anything?
No. The training opens in the phone's browser from a link sent by WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail. There is no app to install: workers sign in with their employee number and, if you want, a 4-digit PIN or a code sent to their phone.
Which languages is the training available in?
The general safety training is available in nine languages: Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian, Amharic, Sinhala, Hindi, Thai and Chinese. Each worker picks their own, and the certificate prints in the reader's language.
What happens if a worker fails the quiz?
Nobody fails. The quiz teaches: every answer is explained at once, and the training completes when every question has been answered. The score is kept for information only.
How do I know who is in date and who is not?
In the dashboard. Every worker with a status — not started, in progress, valid, expiring soon, expired — by job role, with search and filters. Whoever needs a refresher comes first.
Can we upload our own training?
Yes. A course is chapters, videos and a quiz, translated into the languages you choose. The general safety training comes built in; training specific to your plant is built together with us.
