What the law asks of the employer
The Prevention of Sexual Harassment Law, 1998, and the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (Employer's Duties) Regulations require the employer to take reasonable measures to prevent sexual harassment and retaliation, explaining and training among them. The module explains the essentials of the law to every worker and manager and sends them to the workplace's bylaws and to the person responsible for complaints — the bylaws and that person are the employer's to set. This is not legal advice.
